Exercise nr . 1
The mirror exercise
Makes this exercise a part of your morning routine and it’ll work like you’ve been drinking a self-love elixir.
Stand in front of a mirror, close your eyes and feel your feet against the floor. Take 3 deep breaths in through your nose, all the way down to your stomach, and out through your mouth. This will help you connect deeply with yourself. Afterward, open your eyes, look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how you’re doing. Listen carefully and respectfully to yourself and respond with love and care. Then tell yourself 10 good things that you like about yourself. Whatever you feel right at that moment.
Now when I say 10 times, don’t cheat. You need repetition in order for the words to truly manifest in you. This is why it should be a part of your morning routine. It might feel weird or even uncomfortable at first, but with time it will get easier and feel a lot better. So stick with it, please.
