Are you critical of yourself daily? Do you have a hard time now focusing on all the negative sides of yourself?
If your answer was yes to any of these, then it might be a sign that you’re not shwoing yourself self-love daily.
I think many people don’t even know what self love is or how it’s supposed to feel let alone, how to start loving themselves.
This is such a shame because the benefits of self love are huge! Some of them are decresed stress, a huge change in attitude which will help you feel more calm, more confident and you’ll lead an overall happier life.
I don’t know about you, but when I knew about these benefits I felt like an idiot for not trying to figure out how I could get to this destination.
There was a time when I felt really low self-esteem and I spend years trying to figure out how I could start to love myself. But my journey was extremely confusing and I felt lost most of the time. I often over ate to numb the emotions that were screaming for love and attention, and I felt extremely insecure.
However, as i dug deep into my own emotions and figuring out how to love myself, I found 3 fail proof exercises that helped me love myself and I know it can do the same for you.

In todays episode we’re going to be talking about:
1. Where self-love comes from and how it’s developed.

Self love is so important, yet so many people neglect it. They focus so much on others, that they forget to take care of themselves. Being single, I learned how to develop and maintain a deep and strong relationship with myself, how to self love and put myself first.
