How to stop letting your past define your presence

Do you ever feel like your past is holding you back from who you want to be? Or like your past defines your presence?

My hand is raised! Looking back I can see how a bad experience from my past has definitely held me back from being my best in the future.

Today’s episode is about getting to the root of what’s holding you back from being who you want to be right now.

Why is it important to let go of your past?

Letting go of your past and being in your precense is your ability to be who you are with confidence.

I want you to think back to a time when you doubted yourself in a situation because it had gone wrong in the past. How did that make you feel? Fear? Shame? Insecure? If a bad past experience hasn’t been processed as it should, it will stir up negative emotionse every time you’re reminded of it.

The reason why something in your past is holding you back is because of fear. Fear of getting hurt or a fear of not being good enough. So if you want to live your life with peace in your heart, confidence and living up to your full potential, you need to listen to today’s episode.
