3 ways you can get past your fear of failure
“What if I fall flat on my face?”
That’s the first thought that was running through my mind right before I was going on stage holding my speech. Especially because 50 people were sitting in front of me ready to hear me speak. But instead of focusing on how amazing it was going to be, my thoughts were filled with fear of looking like an idiot. Fear of failing.
But I went on stage anyways, and I was overwhelmed by the appluse i recieved when my speech was done.
Fear of failure can be paralyzing. But you know what’s even worse? Deciding not to go for it because you’re too scared.
If you let fear steer your wheel, you’ll miss out on many amazing things in your life, and I don’t want that for you.
That’s why i’ve created todays episode, where I share 3 ways you can get past your fear of failure.
In todays episode we’re going to be talking about:
1. A quote that will change your life (it changed mine).
2. How you can get to the root cause of your fear of failing.
3. How rating your fear like it’s a Blockbuster movie, can make your fear go away.
