News flash: At least 30 million people of all ages and genders suffer from an eating disorder in the U.S.

With social media, magazines and commercials all around us, it’s easier than ever to get caught up in a self-judgement rabbit hole of body shaming ourselves for not looking like a photoshopped super model.

When you body shame yourself, you’re humiliating yourself by making mocking or critical comments about your body shape or size. This will harm your self love and your self-esteem will go flying out the window.

We need to stop body shaming ourselves and believe that we need to look a certain way to be loved and appreciated.

This is why I decided to create this episode about how to stop body shaming yourself so you can start loving your amazing body. Because I wanna help you end the war you have with your body. I want you to love what you see when you look in the mirror, no matter what that is.
